Follow-On Job Coach
We are looking for a strong candidate to assist us with the tracking and quality assessment of our graduate job placements with the aim to ensure individuals achieve sustainable employment, an enjoyable working life and that we are contributing to a more inclusive workforce. Ideally this is a full-time position but part-time would be considered for the ideal candidate.

Key responsibilities of the role will be:
- To be in contact with graduates for 5 years following their programme, including their families and our employer partner management and team members.
- To support the graduate and inform employers ensuring graduates get assistance with benefits, workplace adaptations, communication, training needs and learning routines.
- To set up a Mission EmployAble alumni and parent groups for ongoing feedback and parent voice.
- To signpost graduates and employers to other services to ensure they get the specialist support they require to succeed.
The ideal candidate would have the following experience:
- Understanding and experience in supporting young people with SEND
- Knowledge of Supported Internships, FE and Supported Employment
- Job Coach experience
- Strong communication & organisational skills
